You will learn skills such as hunger and appetite awareness. That skill will include learning how to eat slowly and to eat until satisfied, not stuffed. These are two lifelong skills which will commence your weight loss journey. For many clients, mindfulness will result in weight loss just from learning to eat a little less and adjust food consumption based on body signals.
If You Are Ready, Willing And Able, Together, Through ProCoach And My Personal Guidance We Will Work On Reaching Your Weight Loss Goals Through:
The right mix of all foods based on your lifestyle and preferences
Support on how to create meals from these core items and help you learn how to stay consistent
Food behaviors, (meal timing, meal frequency, meal speed and quantity)

You will be asked to record whether or not you practiced your habit, this is simply a yes or no question. This will help me monitor your consistency. Always remember it is about progress and not perfection. Every couple of weeks, you will be asked to provide your body weight, measurements, photos as well as subjective markers to again help me track your progress. I promise you, it is only 10- 15 minutes each day and you can do this!
After you have completed your initial online intake questionnaire, you will receive a custom packet on portion control, fitness, nutrition, grocery shopping and meal prep.
During this year-long journey, you will learn how to:

What is different about Precision Nutrition?
Precision Nutrition is a habit based (or practice-based) client-centred coaching methodology based on change psychology. There is no meal plan, food “rules” or branded supplements/shakes to purchase. A practice/habit-based programme is more effective and has longer-lasting effects than typical diets or lifelong calorie counting.
This approach means that you develop new skills and make permanent positive changes for lifelong healthy eating. The small, doable steps – done consistently – will bring about transformative change in your body and your mindset.

My coaching targets long-term results through systematically learning new skills and building healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Gradually doing things just a little better, day by day while life happens around you. After all. There are no pause buttons in life, it keeps going. Think about learning to walk, one step at a time!
I recommend a year long commitment for this to happen. You don't have to commit to a full year of coaching and you'll still learn valuable skills in just a few months but you won't benefit from all there is to learn, and hence are much less likely to achieve your goals, maintain progress, and finally achieve your goal. Think of it as dropping out of university in the middle of a degree.
