I can't recommend Emma's reformer package highly enough.
I got better results with my body shape and more quickly than anything I have done before. I've been going to the gym for years, spinning, step, boxercise, circuits etc. The reformer sessions made a better difference to my body but it felt like less effort than other things I've tried.
Emma's knowledge and instruction is excellent. She's able to describe the movements in a way that just clicks with me so I get the best out of them. Emma also suits the session to push me to the right level. The sessions are always different so you never feel like you're doing the same thing again and again and the hour session flies by.
I've had problems with my lower back and have found that the improvements to my core from the reformer has helped my back hugely. Emma takes time to get to know you so she caters the sessions around your abilities. I think it would be a great way to get back into shape after any kind of injury as Emma will take time to understand and cater the session exactly for you.
I really love the sessions and on top of that I can see the results. Emma is a talented and very knowledgeable instructor.

Reformer Pilates is Pilates on a Reformer machine and is the most effective piece of kit in the entire Pilates repertoire. Originally termed the “apparatus” by its creator Joseph Pilates. The Reformer is a spring based piece of equipment that provides both resistance and support to further increase the development of flexibility, body control and core strength. The Reformer’s resistance (which can be changed depending on the exercise and depending on the individual using the machine) allows you to set it up to suit your body perfectly, meaning that all the work you do on it will be extremely effective, providing enough resistance to build strong bones and muscles, building strength while increasing flexibility.
We build total body strength by pushing and pulling with legs or arms against the resistance of the springs, carriage, and body weight. The reformer allows full-range of motion which is essential for increasing flexibility while also training the muscles using eccentric contractions. This is when a muscle lengthens as it resists a force. That is one of the keys to achieving flexibility and strength throughout your full range of motion of motion.
During your initial session, we will talk through your objectives such as weight loss, increased strength and flexibility or simply wanting to feel fitter and healthier. Your training programme will be continually tailored to your specific needs and goals to get the best possible result for you.
At each session, I watch your form and provide objective feedback on performance and give hands-on instruction. I will challenge you to work through your barriers but I will keep it fun and interesting!
Ten Week Transformation Package:
Single Session: €55, single session only.
Silver Package: €500 for 10 sessions, one a week
Gold Package: €900 for 20 sessions, two a week (save €100)
Platinum Package: €1,300 for 30 sessions, three a week (save €200)
