Even if you have maintained your fitness regime throughout your pregnancy, getting back your pre-baby physique can be a challenge. That’s why I have tailored this Pilates course to new mothers who need a little more support getting back into exercise in the “4th trimester”.

This progressive programme helps you to reconnect with your pelvic floor, regain tone in the abdominal muscles and improve posture to ease back pain. It is safe and helpful for those with Diastasis Recti.

Yogilates Course

Do you want to increase your flexibility, core strength and melt away stress? This is the class for you. I teach Vinyasa Yoga, linking challenging Yoga poses together in a fluid sequence. A moving meditation. This builds heat within your body to gain greater flexibility while building muscular strength and tone.

€60 for a six week course (six classes), €10 is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. 
Payment is required to secure a booking.

Please note that most classes fill very quickly, so book in as early as possible. 
All returning clients get priority booking for ongoing courses. Spots will only open up to new clients after existing clients have rebooked.
