Yogilates is a fantastic choice for those wanting an hour to clear their mind and also feel like they have gotten a good workout. You can expect to improve your flexibility, posture and muscular tone with regular practice.
My one to one lessons are taught using the Pilates apparatus, spring based pieces of equipment that provide both resistance and support to further increase the development of flexibility, body control and core-strength.
