My latest video is all about increasing hip extension by stretching the quadriceps and hip flexors. I noticed a HUGE improvement in my range after recording this video. I now do it every Monday.

It was intended to accompany my Glute Strength Video. Another video I’m still feeling the rewards of doing. So I’m really happy with both videos.
